C&F's unique Rubycell Fly Dryer works great and is easy on flies. Simply place the fly between the pads and lightly squeeze. The Rubycell material absorbs water without damaging delicate hackles. Then apply more floatant and you're back to fishing. Size is approximately 2" by 2" by 3/8" thick.
