It mounts to the frame of Fish Cat pontoo boats by mounting it on the pre-drilled holes found at four different locations on Fish Cat pontoon boat frames. If your boat is not a Fish Cat, you can still use this rod holder, but you will need to drill a horizontal hole through your frame where you would like to mount it.
