Inside the rod/reel case is separate sleeves to keep each rod piece separately protected. When opening the case, the top zips open and folds back like the hood on a car for easily inserting and removing your rod/reel outfit. Choose the size based on the longest section of your Spey rod. If it is equal or less than 48.5 inches, choose the 48.5 inch model. If it is between 48.5 inches and 55 inches, choose the 55 inch model.
