These Brass Eyes from Hareline are super durable and perfectly shaped every time.  Unlike lead eyes, their finish doesn't get chipped like plated lead eyes tend to do when they hit rocks.  Although they aren't as heavy as the lead eyes, they are also more environmentally friendly and really are perfectly shaped every time.  They also tend to have a higher degree of "shine" to them, producing very attractive flies.
